At the heart and soul of who Ramsay is as a person is a spirit of servitude, as the motto from her alma matter says, "Excellence with Caring." She doesn't consider it "volunteering" or "community service," but instead as her duty and responsibility as a Christian Black Woman and champion for the people of her community.
