Ramsay McCoy is currently the Lead Recruiter for Creative Circle Houston. After working in public relations and marketing for nonprofit organizations for over seven years, Ramsay joined the recruitment industry in 2014, making it her hallmark to match candidates to the right employers.
She also serves as a Champion for Houston, TX. Dedicated to supporting community-based organizations as well as hosting and curating social activations and events for young professionals.
Much of her career has been working alongside nonprofit 501c3 organizations, helping them reach their marketing goals. Ramsay has worked with small organizations and she has a passion for service that is rooted in her belief that because she has been given much, she has a responsibility to help impact the educational develop of the next generation and lend a helping hand whenever she can.
She is also an entrepreneur and owns two businesses. In 2012, Ramsay founded the events, brand development and communications firm, The Ramsay Michelle Group, with the mission to introduce small businesses and nonprofit organizations to their potential while evaluating their marketing needs and developing custom strategies with measurable results. And in 2018, she opened SayVary (pronounced savory), a craft and gift personalization Etsy Shop.
Ramsay is a proud graduate of the historically black college and university, Florida A&M University, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., an Emma Bowen Foundation Scholar Alumna, and a graduate of the Houston Black Leadership Institute (Class II).
